Alumni-Student Dinner Alumni-Student Dinner

Annually the Clark College Alumni Association invites both alumni and current Clark students to a relaxed and enjoyable dinner.  It is both a celebration and a networking opportunity that allows students to connect with alumni in a meaningful way.

The dinner was started in 2004 with the intent to provide an opportunity for alumni and students to meet and share their academic, professional and personal experiences.  The dinner allows both students and alumni a chance to discuss the challenges and opportunities of their college life and the subsequent expectations of joining the workforce.

Two highlights of the evening include the awarding of the Alumni Association Scholarship and the announcement of the Clark College Outstanding Alumni Award.  The buffet dinner, along with musical features from Clark students and speakers from the community blend together for an enriching evening.

The event is a collaborative effort from the alumni association, Clark College, the Associated Students of Clark College (ASCC) and the foundation.  Held at Gaiser Hall Student Center, the students are nominated by Clark faculty, staff or an ASCC program director or club advisor.  Students must meet certain criteria for nomination to attend the event.  Thanks to the generous sponsorship from Riverview Community Bank, the students? tickets to the event are free.

Alumni, guests, faculty and staff are invited to join the evening's festivities.  Get more information about attending this year's event on June 9, 2011.
