Barbecue Dinner for Eight prepared by Rick Browne

You and seven guests will enjoy a savory dinner prepared by Ridgefield's own Rick Browne, "Grill Master of the Universe," cookbook author, and host/executive producer of two nationally syndicated television series, Barbecue America on public television, and Ready, Aim...Grill on the Outdoor Channel.

Dinner for eight consists of:
Entrees - two of the following: Pork Ribs, Pork Shoulder, Beef Brisket, Beer-Butt Chicken, or BBQ Sausage
Side dishes - two selections of your choice from The Big Book of BBQ Sides
Dessert - Sweet Potato Pie with Ice Cream or Chocolate-Caramel Cheesecake

The value of the dinner is over $2,000 as this is Rick's minimum personal appearance charge. Note: Dinner will be scheduled upon a mutually agreed upon date between Rick and the highest bidder.

The Tournament

On July 30, 2007, Clark College Foundation will host another memorable charity golf tournament at the premiere Royal Oaks Country Club, in support of scholarships for Clark College students. The eventful day begins with a 1 p.m.shotgun start followed by 18 holes of golf. A dinner and auction will conclude the day.

Register now! Last year's tournament sold out in just two days! Print and complete a Golf Registration Form and fax it to the Foundation at 360.750.5759, or mail it to Clark College Foundation, 1933 Fort Vancouver Way, Vancouver, WA 98663-3598. Registration fee of $200 per person or $800 per foursome includes green fee, shared golf cart, tournament polo, gifts, prizes, and dinner. Dinner-only tickets are available for $35.
