April 2023

The Building Industry Association of Clark County recently hired Elsa Temme ’20 as their Communications and Outreach Manager. After attending Clark, Temme graduated from Washington State University Vancouver where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Digital Technology and Culture.

March 2023

Rally Pizza revived their popular pizza creations as a permanent pop-up at Victor-23 Brewing.  Executive chef Alex McCormick ’21 will run the kitchen. McCormick graduated from Clark College’s Culinary program, worked at Rally Pizza and recently served as a line cook and prep cook at Little Conejo in downtown Vancouver, Wash.

September 2022

Zoe Buhrmaster ’22 completed an internship with The Columbian newspaper this summer and is now attending Portland State University to finish her bachelor’s degree. 

August 2022

Sean Peck ’22, a freshman at Washington State University Vancouver, gets to access in-person classes for the first time since his experience at Clark College was mostly online. Peck, also an iTech graduate, is considering starting up a robotics club for others interested in engineering and robotics.

May 2022

Past Clark student government president Evans Kaame ’20 graduated from Washington State University this spring with a degree in political science. In 2020, Kaame stepped into the WSU’s student government vice president position when the previous president resigned. After originally pursuing engineering, he switched to political science in order to make a difference in his community.
