The 18-member committee consists of high-ranking executives from Texas State University, University of New Hampshire, Oregon State University and Delaware State University.

A sampling of Gibert’s duties on the committee include keeping CASE members current on the development of educational programs, products and services that pertain to foundations; developing policies and standards to increase effectiveness, and assist foundations in maintaining productive relationships with their educational institutions.

Gibert is one of the top fundraising leaders in the country. CASE awarded her its National Commonfund Award for Leadership in Institutionally Related Foundations in 2018. It is one of the fundraising industry’s most prestigious national honors.

Gibert began her 3-year term on the Institutionally Related Foundations committee on July 1, 2019. Her first in-person committee meeting takes place in Chicago in September.
