Price Foundation gives to scholarships

The Price Foundation was on campus in early August to deliver a $15,000 gift for scholarships for Clark students.

The scholarship funds for any field of study at Clark will be available for students during the winter and spring terms. The application process opened August 29, 2017, and will remain open until October 23. Visit the scholarships page for a list of available scholarships or contact Clark College’s Financial Aid office at 360.992.2582.

Kay Dalke-Sheadel, Price Foundation’s executive director and member of the foundation’s board, presented the check to Clark President Robert Knight, Clark College Foundation President/CEO Lisa Gibert and Eric Merrill, vice chair of Clark College Foundation’s board.

The mission of the Price Foundation, the full name of which is the Honorable Frank L. and Arlene G. Price Foundation, is to provide education, health and historical preservation to Clark and Cowlitz counties in the state of Washington.

T. Randall Grove, a long-time Clark College Foundation board member, is also a board member for the Price Foundation. Additionally, he is an attorney at Landerholm P.S., in Vancouver.
