Savoring Excellence
Hundreds of attendees gather each spring to celebrate Clark College and Clark College Foundation’s community partners, alumni, faculty and students. We honor outstanding alumni, rising star alumni and presidential award recipients. One of the must-attend galas of the social calendar includes a multi-course dinner and spectacular performances by members of Clark College’s community.

 

Salad
Chopped green salad with Toy Box tomatoes, marinated feta, organic carrots and cucumbers with summer berry vinaigrette

Dinner Options
Seared chicken breast with buttermilk-Parmesan demi-glace, creamed Brie, applewood-smoked bacon and mushroom compote. Served with roasted potatoes and seasonal vegetables.
