Mark your calendars now for Clark College Foundation’s premiere gala. Get ready to applaud tremendous achievements including 50 years of graduates from our nationally respected Dental Hygiene program and the 30-year anniversary of Professor Donald Appert, Clark’s decorated orchestra director.

We have postponed this event to Tuesday, October 20, 2020, and will be taking it all online given the current public health emergency and state requirements restricting public gatherings. Savoring Excellence
We will gather to celebrate Clark College and Clark College Foundation’s community partners, alumni, faculty and students. We will honor outstanding alumni, rising star alumni and presidential award recipients.


Fall greens with smoked pumpkin seeds, dried cranberries, green apple and rainbow carrots. Served with champagne-orange vinaigrette.

Entrée options (guests choose meal during online/phone registration):

Seared chicken breast with buttermilk-Parmesan glace, creamed Brie and applewood bacon-mushroom compote. Served with herb-roasted Yukon potatoes and seasonal vegetables

Grilled salmon fillet with citrus Riesling cream sauce. Served with roasted walnut-chive pesto infused wild rice risotto and seasonal vegetables (gluten free)

Stuffed acorn squash with butternut risotto and roasted red pepper coulis. Served with charred vegetables (vegan, gluten free)
